Once you have successfully placed your order, we will notify you via text message and an email will be sent out to you with the order number. We will also notify you when the order is shipped. An email and text notification are sent out with the tracking information.  

You can track your order in the ultraalife website. Please login to your account and find all your orders placed in the “Account” tab.

You can check the current status of your order in your Sotbella Account. Please log in to your account and under the “Account” tab, you will see the list of all your orders and tapping on the order you want to track, you can see the current status of the order and if it is shipped it will show you the tracking number to track your order.
